Courses and Training
Last July, 2025, Six educators from St Nicholas College, Wardija took part in the Erasmus+ training course “Cultivating Diversity and Inclusion” held at the Europass Teacher Academy in Barcelona, Spain.
Pupil Mobilities
In October 2025, two groups of educators and eight students participated in a student mobility in Lanciano, Abruzzo, hosted by Associazione Abruzzo House Rural Development (ConnectAbruzzo group). The programme focused on diversity, inclusion, and EU values, helping participants strengthen intercultural competence, apply inclusive teaching practices, enhance collaboration skills, and explore innovative, equity-aware pedagogy. The experience promoted respect for diversity, democracy, and active European citizenship while fostering meaningful international cooperation.
​Job Shadowing in Dabrowa Gornizca, Poland
In January 2026, a group of six educators took part in an Erasmus job shadowing experience at Specjalny OÅ›rodek Szkolno-Wychowawczy (SOSW) in DÄ…browa Górnicza. During their visit, they observed inspiring teaching practices, exchanged valuable knowledge with international colleagues, and strengthened their understanding of inclusive education. It was a meaningful and enriching professional experience for the entire team.
Job Shadowing in Maribor, Slovenia
Five educators from Wardija had the opportunity to take part in a job shadowing experience at Center Gustava Šilih, Maribor, Slovenia. They observed dedicated professionals at work, gained valuable insights into special education, and deepened their understanding of inclusive teaching practices. It was an inspiring and meaningful experience for everyone involved.
